17th June 2000 - Amelia Earhart Airport
What is it??? It's not another house landing here on top of a pair of ruby
slippers is it?
No,its Dave the Blade (thank God). But Dave, there's no
Dorothy,Toto,Witches or Wizards here, just the birthplace of Amelia Earhart.
Dave arrived at the Amelia Earhart Airport in Atchison, Ks. around 8:00
p.m.last night. Because the weather was so good he didn't get to spend much
time here with us, we took him to breakfast and went by the Amelia Earhart House
but then it was back to the airport for packing and fuel headed for Nebr.and
then on up to Council Bluffs IA, looks like great weather all the way so
should be a great day .
