This UK microlighting directory is intended to be a useful, easy to use guide for the UK-based microlight pilot or student looking for microlighting equipment and information. It contains useful information, informative microlighting articles and a huge collection of useful flying links that are kept up to date.

In addition to our microlighting articles and information, MicroPages lists, describes and links to the best or most informative websites from manufacturers, dealers and providers of essential microlighting equipment and services. We do not generally list organisations that do not have a web presence. Commercial sites should be based in the UK or be of specific interest to the UK microlighting community to be considered for inclusion. Where desireable microlighting equipment is manufactured abroad links to non-UK websites are included. Anyone can submit or suggest a site, but the editors reserve the right to only list websites that reach a certain standard. Essentially, the site must offer clear, useful information.

We want this to be an up to date resource for the UK microlighting community, but we need your help - particularly for the 'What's On' section (under Calendar). Please e-mail us with details of any events you would like listed here, together with any information about them.

Please use the free classified ads and the bulletin board (forum). (Classified ads are automatically removed after a period of time unless you renew them, so the board will not get cluttered with non-existent aircraft).

There will never be any charge for a basic listing; subject to the caveat above, we want to make this an inclusive directory. However, if you want to you can sponsor the site and enhance your own site's visibility and traffic by purchasing a full colour block advertisement. The advertisements are approximately 180 x 140 pixels and make a refreshing change from the normal banners. The cost of a display advertisement is just £50 per year including design. We guarantee that there will only be two ads on any page, ensuring that your advertisement will always be visible without scrolling. (The ad clicks through directly to your website, of course).

If you do not have a website we can offer you a complete package including domain name registration (.com or .co.uk) plus web hosting and a professionally designed two or three page starter site for just £150 per annum. Web hosting includes unlimited e-mail addresses, fast webspace, FTP access, web-based e-mail and full support. If you would like us to construct a larger site for you then we will be delighted to discuss the project with you at no charge and with no committment on your part. If the discussion is fruitful then we will prepare a detailed no-obligation quotation for you.
