Cooling on the BWM-engined Huntwing is still under development

On the port side (left) a moderate sized scoop and duct taking air to the top of the cylinder head a la Jabiru / EclipseR

On the starboard side (right) a much smaller horizontal duct plus a scoop underneath the trike with a duct taking air up to the underside of the cylinder head.
John Hunt says that the under-trike scoop is the most effective - but points out that he has not had an engine failure in over 80 hours testing.
